How Your Farm Creek Living Home Is Financed

Farm Creek Living is a partnership with Regional Homes of Cullman. Your home is financed through Cullman, and we help coordinate the land, utilities, and setup so the process stays simple from start to finish.

The Process at a Glance

1. Choose your home. Select from the Helicon, Lynn, or Camino plans, all built by Regional Homes of Cullman.
2. Select your homesite. Each homesite is approximately 1/4 acre within the Farm Creek Living community.
3. Apply for home financing through Cullman. Our team will introduce you to Cullman's financing process and help you gather what you need.
4. Arrange your land. Land arrangements through Farm Creek Living are reviewed with you individually. Details will be confirmed with you directly.
5. Home delivery and setup. Your home is delivered and set on your homesite, with utilities connected.
6. Move in. We walk you through the final steps so you can settle in.

Who We Work With

Home financing is provided through Cullman. Farm Creek Living coordinates the land and community side of your purchase. Program availability, qualifications, and terms are determined by the lender and depend on your individual situation.
